Terms of Service
These terms set the baseline rules for using Synergy Scout, including the football analytics tools, World Cup surfaces, AI Scouter, player pages, and related APIs or outputs.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Synergy Scout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service provides
- Synergy Scout provides football analytics, scouting models, player comparisons, chemistry scores, ratings, projections, and editorial surfaces.
- Outputs are informational and experimental. They are not professional scouting advice, betting advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of future performance.
- Models may update as data, formulas, cache state, and source availability change.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, bulk export, or attempt to rebuild the service or its datasets.
- Do not use Synergy Scout to violate league, club, player, data-provider, platform, privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, confidential, or rights-infringing material through search, chat, support, image upload, or other inputs.
4. Third-party data and rights
Synergy Scout may reference public football information, model-derived analytics, and third-party data sources or APIs. Third-party names, logos, statistics, marks, competitions, clubs, and player identities remain the property of their respective owners. Synergy Scout is not affiliated with FIFA, confederations, leagues, clubs, player unions, data providers, or betting operators unless explicitly stated.
5. Your inputs
If you submit prompts, player notes, files, images, or feedback, you confirm you have the right to provide them. You allow Synergy Scout to process those inputs to operate, improve, debug, and support the service.
6. AI and model output
AI Scouter and other generated outputs can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in scouting, recruitment, content, or commercial work.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. Features, rankings, caches, data feeds, and pages may be changed, paused, removed, or corrected without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Scout is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, data-loss, business-loss, or reliance damages arising from use of the service.
