This policy explains the practical data handling behind Synergy Scout. The app currently has no public account system, but it still processes searches, prompts, API requests, browser storage, and support messages.

1. Information you provide
- Searches, player names, comparison inputs, AI Scouter prompts, uploaded images, and support messages.
- Any email address, name, screenshots, source links, or debugging details you include when contacting support.
- Feedback or correction notes you send about player identity, data quality, or model output.
2. Information collected automatically
- Basic server logs may include IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, error state, and response timing.
- Browser storage is used for product preferences such as recent searches, Scouter engine choice, Scouter draft/thread state, and Rise view mode.
- The app does not intentionally set advertising cookies or run cross-site ad tracking.
3. AI and provider processing
When you use AI Scouter or image-enabled flows, prompts, recent conversation context, and attached images may be sent to configured model providers so the feature can respond. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential scouting material unless you are comfortable with that processing.
4. How data is used
- To operate player search, scoring, reports, AI Scouter, World Cup pages, support, debugging, abuse prevention, and product reliability.
- To improve data quality, fix identity mismatches, review model behavior, and maintain cache consistency.
- To respond to support, privacy, legal, or correction requests.
5. Sharing
Synergy Scout may share data with hosting, infrastructure, analytics, AI, email, and data-processing providers as needed to run the service. It may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to investigate abuse.
6. Retention
Operational logs, support messages, cached prompts, and debugging data are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operation, security, support, compliance, or product improvement. Browser storage remains on your device until you clear it.

- You can clear local browser storage for Synergy Scout at any time.
- You can avoid submitting sensitive data in prompts, uploads, searches, or support messages.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or privacy assistance by contacting support.
