For launch, support is handled by email. Use the format below so player corrections, World Cup data issues, account questions, or legal/privacy requests can be triaged quickly.

Primary support channel
Email support@synergyscout.app. If Cloudflare Email Routing is enabled, this address forwards to the verified destination inbox.
What to include
- Page URL and feature name, for example World Cup, player page, AI Scouter, Pair Synergy, or Rise.
- Player, club, nation, or match name involved.
- What you expected, what happened, and whether it happens after refreshing.
- Screenshots, source links, browser/device details, and approximate time of the issue.
Data corrections
For identity issues, include the incorrect Synergy Scout page, the correct player identity, current club or nation, and a reliable source link. This helps prevent mistakes such as same-surname or abbreviated-name collisions.
Legal, privacy, and rights requests
Use the same support address for privacy requests, data-source concerns, copyright or trademark concerns, takedown requests, and rightsholder inquiries. Related pages: Terms, Privacy, and Disclaimer.
Current limits
- There is no in-app ticket system yet.
- There is no guaranteed response time while the product is in early launch.
- Email forwarding receives mail, but sending replies as support@synergyscout.app may require a separate SMTP/mailbox setup.
